Leonard Watson, -1967
Very little is know about Leonard Watson, other than he was a western Canadian artist known for his etchings.
Watson produced several etchings around the Vancouver area and in 1955 and 1956, produced fishing-themed etchings for the Vancouver business, Gibbs Tool and Stamping Works calendar to reflect the company's production of fishing lures.
Watson's etching of the war memorial in Winnipeg is in the National Gallery of Canada.
Watson died in 1967.
